Diatech is an interesting comparison because, on capability sheets, it looks closely overlapping. Both Diatech Studio and Diamra are described as generative jewelry AI. Both accept text, sketches, and images. Both promise to compress design work that used to take days. Diatech announced AI-powered image-to-CAD in February 2026 and exhibits at JCK Las Vegas.
Once you look at who each one is built for, the overlap mostly disappears. Diatech Studio sits with the design team behind the counter. Diamra sits with the customer in front of it.
Who Diatech Is
Diatech Platforms is part of the Lemon Technologies Group, a 20-year-old jewelry-industry software house with offices in Dubai and Surat. The AI arm, Diatech AI, launched its current Studio product in February 2025 and added image-to-CAD in early 2026.
The portfolio is broader than design. Diatech sells four products: Studio for designers, Analytics for market data, Storefront as a white-label B2B catalog for diamond and jewelry traders, and Retail as the consumer-facing product. Pricing is not published; the go-to-market is enterprise sales.
Studio itself is genuinely capable: text-to-design, sketch-to-design, image-to-CAD, agentic variations, style transfer, AI lifestyle photography, 15-second video generation, and copywriting all live in one tool. The image-to-CAD output, however, is component-level and explicitly requires human validation for structural integrity, stone setting, and casting before it can be made.
Where Diatech Is Strong
Diatech is one of the few jewelry AI platforms shipping a real generative engine that handles text, sketches, and images as inputs. The breadth of the toolkit is unusual. A design house can use Studio for ideation, switch to Storefront for B2B catalog sales, run Analytics for market data, and stay inside one vendor.
The marketing-asset side is genuinely useful. Generating lifestyle imagery, short video, and copy from the same tool that designed the piece is a workflow that other AI design tools do not bundle.
Backing is solid. Lemon Technologies has been selling enterprise software into the jewelry supply chain for two decades; this is not a side project.
The trade-off is who the product is for. Studio is a design-team tool. The natural-language describe-and-watch-it-appear flow lives behind a B2B login, not on a retailer's customer-facing storefront. The Retail consumer product is a separate SKU with its own product surface. A small independent jeweler buying Diatech is buying a designer workstation, not a customer-facing platform.

Where Diamra Is Different
Diamra is customer-facing by design. The store gets a branded subdomain at storename.diamra.com. The customer lands on the store's own site, describes a piece in plain English or uploads a photo, and gets a generated concept with an instant material estimate. Nobody behind the counter needs to be a CAD operator for that to happen.
Output is positioned as customer-ready, not component-level. The concept the customer sees is the concept the store quotes against, and the Craft Space inside Diamra carries it through setting, QC, delivery, and customer messaging. Production tracking lives in the same tool that took the order.
The marketing infrastructure is also different in shape. Diatech Studio generates lifestyle photos, video, and copy as assets. Diamra ships a full storefront, blog, newsletter, social assets, and customer reviews infrastructure. Diatech helps a design team produce content for whatever marketing channel they already run. Diamra is the marketing channel.
Which Platform Fits Which Jeweler?
Diatech fits design houses, manufacturers, and brands with an internal design team that wants to compress the ideation-to-CAD-to-marketing pipeline into one tool. It also fits a multi-product jewelry business that wants Analytics, Storefront, and Studio under one vendor.
Diamra fits independent jewelers who sell custom direct to end customers and want the customer to design on their own branded site, with production tracked end to end and a marketing stack built in. The customer does not need a designer to translate for them.

The Bottom Line
“Diatech equips the design team behind the counter. Diamra equips the customer in front of it.”
