4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Store Owners
When a Customer places an order through a store's branded storefront, the following information is shared with the Store Owner: Customer name, contact details, design specifications, Generated Designs, and pricing estimates. This is necessary to fulfill the order.
4.2 With AI Service Providers
Design prompts and related parameters are sent to third-party AI image generation providers to create visual concepts. These providers process this data solely for the purpose of generating images and are bound by their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
4.3 With Infrastructure Providers
We use third-party services for hosting, database management, analytics, and other operational functions. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.
4.4 As Required by Law
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5. Generated Designs & Your Privacy
Generated Designs are associated with the user who initiated their creation. As described in our Terms and Conditions:
- The initiator of a Generated Design is its owner — if a Customer generates it, the Customer owns it; if a Store Owner generates it, the Store Owner owns it.
- Designs generated by a Customer within a store's branded storefront are subject to a perpetual license granted to the Store Owner for reproduction, reuse, and repurposing in any form, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
- Generated Designs and associated prompts may be retained by Diamra for Platform improvement and analytical purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes.
Generated Designs and associated metadata may be retained indefinitely to support the perpetual licenses described in our Terms and Conditions and for Platform improvement.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
10. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
