Enterprise
Run every store in your group from one account.
One login. One bill. Your rules on every storefront.
Diamra gives a jewelry store an AI design studio on its own branded site. An enterprise account gives you as many of those stores as you need, and one place to run them from. Spin up a storefront, decide what its owner can change, and watch the projects, customers and conversations of the whole group without logging in and out of anything.

Your account at the top, one branded storefront per store under it. Customers never see the group unless you want them to.
One account. However many stores.
Every store you add is a real Diamra store. Its own address, its own logo and colors, its own customers, its own projects. What the enterprise account adds is the layer above: you create the stores, you decide what each one is allowed to change, and you see everything they are doing without asking anyone for a screenshot.
Store owners keep working the way they already do. They open their own Bench, answer their own customers, and run their own orders. They just do not have to make the decisions you would rather make once, for all of them.
Who runs a group
Built for anyone with more than one store to answer for
Retail groups
One jeweler, several locations. Every branch gets its own storefront and its own customers, and you see all of it in one place.
Brands with dealers
Your pieces sit in other people's cases. Give each retail partner a storefront that stays on your brand, and keep the parts you do not want changed.
Buying groups and franchises
Members keep their own name and their own customers. You roll the same tools out to all of them and see who is actually using them.
Colleges and jewelry schools
Give each student or workshop a working storefront to design in. Watch who has finished the lessons and who has not.
Anyone running stores under one roof
If you answer for more than one jewelry business, this is the account that holds them.
What you decide
Eight switches, per store
Turn them all on and a store runs itself. Turn some off and those sections become yours. A store owner who opens a locked one sees your name, your phone number and your email, so the next step is a call, not a workaround.
Set the defaults once and every new store starts that way. Change any store on its own whenever you want to.
- Ingredients: the metals, stones and shapes a store offers
- The Create screen: headline, prompts and the advisor
- Project controls: what a customer can do on their own
- Store settings: name, address, hours and shipping
- Brand and appearance: logo, colors, fonts
- Markup and pricing: what the store charges over cost
- Embed and integrations: where the studio may appear
- Access: who can sign in, and who has to be approved first
What you get
The work of running a group, in one workspace
Everything you would otherwise do by email: chasing setup, checking who has been trained, asking how a store is doing, and answering the same configuration question from a different store every week.
One dashboard over every store
Projects, customers, conversations and setup progress for the whole group on one screen. Open any store from it and keep going.
Add a store in a few minutes
Name it, pick its address, send the owner an invite. It arrives already set up the way you want new stores set up.
Decide what each store can change
Turn sections on and off per store. A store that opens a locked section sees your phone number and email instead, so they ask you rather than guess.
Read every conversation
Customer messages from all your stores land in one inbox. You read them; the store still answers, so the customer only hears from the people they bought from.
Training that reports back
Short lessons for the people behind the counter. You see who finished, who started, and who has not opened it yet, by store and by person.
Approve who gets in
Turn on approval for a store and new sign-ups wait for you. Approve, decline or block from one list.
