Diamra's Shopify integration lets customers start a custom jewelry design from a piece you already sell. Once you connect, they see a "Pick from our catalog" option when they create, and the photo they click becomes the starting point. Diamra only reads your catalog, so your Shopify stays as it is.

What your customer sees

Your catalog, one click from a new design

In Create, "Pick from our catalog" opens a grid of your product photos. The piece the customer clicks becomes the reference for their design, the same as a photo they upload.

Customers see your store's name and your products. The word Shopify never appears on their side.

How it works

Four steps, one web address

  1. 01

    Open Branding

    In your Diamra workspace, open Branding and click "Connect your Shopify".

  2. 02

    Type your store's address

    Your store's web address is all it needs. There is no Shopify login and nothing to install.

  3. 03

    Switch it on

    "Pick from our catalog" then shows up in Branding with a switch. Turn it on when you want customers to see it.

  4. 04

    Customers pick a piece

    They click a product photo in Create and ask for their changes. Designs they keep land in your workspace as projects.

Customers often want a piece you already sell, with one thing changed. Your catalog gives them the place to start.

Another metal, another stone

Your most popular ring in rose gold, or with an oval stone. The customer starts from your photo and asks for the change.

A piece to match

A customer bought earrings from you last year and wants a pendant to match. They start from the earrings.

In the store

An associate opens Create on the store tablet, finds the ring the customer is holding in your catalog, and changes it with them.

No upkeep

New products show up in the picker on their own. It reads your catalog as it is today.
